Dear All,
Sorry for this mass email. Our Tamil community have lost a Talented Cricketer and his family have lost their much loved Son/Brother. A very obedient student who has won the hearts of all the people who got to know him. He joined Manipay Parish Cricket Club in 2014 and played for Manipay Parish Red Team & Blue Team in Premier Division as well in Legend Division. He loved the Club so much and he was involved with the club in various fund raising activities in the past. He lost his father when he was 6, and he leaves behind his brother, sister and his mother. They all based in Point Pedro and we are now working towards repatriate his remains to Sri Lanka. We can't compensate Bavalan's loss to their family, but as brothers and sisters to him, we can raise some funds towards supporting their family and at least provide some form of financial support. In order to manage this fund raising effort, British Tamil Cricket League (The League Bavalan was playing) has setup a Benevolent Fund as listed below: https://crowdfunding.justgiving.com/britishtamil-cricketleague?utm_id=2 All the raised funds will be given to Bavalan's Mother as well as used to pay for the Repatriation cost to Sri Lanka. I would greatly appreciate if you could kindly share this link with all your friends, family as well as with the Manipay Hindu Old Boy Community and encourage everyone to contribute towards supporting our Brothers family. If you need any other details please contact me on the details below. Kind Regards, Jaikishan Secretary-Manipay Parish Cricket Club 078 6094 3546 |
